I have been seeing Sam over at the Boise office.I am so happy she is now closer to my house. Loved meeting the new dentist Dr. Walters and seeing the new office. I look forward to coming back soon.

I have not seen a dentist in seven years, and it has been nearly twenty since I received regular dental care. I was very nervous about being seen again, but the entire team at Dentists of Nampa exceeded my expectations. From the front desk manager to the hygienist, assistant, and doctor, everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely put me at ease. They answered all of my questions, clearly explained my treatment options, and walked me through the financial details without any pressure. This is the first dental office where I felt I was receiving honest, patient-centered care. I was especially grateful that they were able to complete a needed filling during the same visit as my cleaning. As a mother of young children who needs to arrange childcare for appointments, same-day treatment is an enormous help. Throughout my visit, each team member took the time to educate me about every procedure—what they were doing and why it was necessary. All X-rays were digital and displayed on a shared screen, which made the entire process transparent and collaborative. It truly felt as though their priority was to partner with me in my care, not to rush me through or keep anything unclear. Finally, I appreciated how seamlessly they operated as a team. There was no sense of hierarchy or distance; instead, everyone worked together with respect and professionalism. I’m very glad to have found Dentists of Nampa, and I will definitely be bringing the rest of my family.

I had a great experience at dentists of Nampa. Dr. Walters, Sam, and Ashley were all professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The office was clean, organized, and very welcoming. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an awesome dentist!
